Step 3: Airport Transfers

The 40 delegates were arriving from a wide range of UK airports at a variety of times.

Hanski+ organised an efficient, private and immediate airport transfer service so all delegates were met at Malaga airport by a driver and transported to La Cala Golf Hotel & Spa without delay maximising their time in resort.

At the end of their stay all delegates again benefited from a efficiently designed, private and immediate transfer service.

All vehicles were fully licenced and insured 8 seat minibuses with professional drivers guaranteeing a safe, reliable and efficient service experience.

Step 4: Golf tee times, lessons, buggy and Equipment Hire

Golf tee times: The delegates wanted to maximise their time on the course around their pre-arranged seminars. We worked closely with the golf course to tailor make tee off times to suit all delegates. We also organised a last day “Texas Scramble” competition based upon individual handicaps/level of player and experience.

Golf Lessons: Again there was a wide range of requests based upon a broad cross section of experience and ability levels. From beginner group lessons to individual low handicap work shops we worked closely with the head pro and his on site golf academy to ensure everyone who wanted to play had a great experience.

Buggy and equipment Hire: All golf playing delegates used teh clubs modern buggies which benefited from satellite navigation, electronic score card and golf course tips and hints! For those delegates who did not wish to take their own clubs or for those who did not have their own we provided a fitted golf club hire in resort service.

Step 5: Non-golf activities

There were a number of delegates attending the conference who were non-golfer and therefore we organised a range of non-golfing activies for them to enjoy whilst in resort. These included:

  • A coach trip to beautiful, city of Marbella where delegates explored the old town, took in the shops, walked by the coast and enjoyed a wonderful meal.
  • Many of the delegates took full advantage of the hotel’s wonderful spa facility. The outdoor and indoor heated pools were a great place to relax and unwind, whilst the beauty treatments offered a very special treat.
  • A group of delegates went on a beach day to enjoy the glitz and glamour of Puerto Banus, sipping cocktails at a private beach side bar and dancing to the chilled out tunes!
  • A “Gala Dinner” evening with a la carte menu, held in a private room was a highlight of the trip.

Client Feedback

Paul and the team at Hanski have assisted in organising our Winter Conference for the past three years. Every detail had been covered, and their intimate knowledge of the resorts have ensured that our 50+ delegates enjoyed every last minute. I don’t know how they did it, but they even organised great snow and blue skies!?!

We will certainly be tapping into their wealth of knowledge again next year. Many thanks
